Report

Swansea City became the first ever team to score five goals in a League Cup final as they destroyed League Two side Bradford City 0-5 at Wembley. And the Swans totally deserved it.

A heartbreak for Bradford City who reached the final after beating Premier League’s Wigan Athletic, Arsenal and Aston Villa.

Swansea were ruthless in attack. Nathan Dyer started the onslaught and then Michu doubled it with a beautiful low curling shot. Dyer then got his second 3 minutes in to second half.

De Guzman scored the 4th goal. Nathan Dyer and Jonathan De Guzman took their time deciding the person who was going to take the penalty. It was De Guzman, who also scored the 5th goal for Swansea one minute in to injury time.
