German newspaper Bild are reporting that the press conference to announce Jurgen Klopp as the new Liverpool manager will be held at 11 am UK time. Klopp will reportedly sign a 3 year deal with an annual salary €10m.
His agent Marc Kosicke has admitted that only few details remain to be clarified with Liverpool and a contract should be signed by lunchtime.
The German daily also reports that the Liverpool hierarchy are insisting that Klopp retains the services of Sean O’Driscoll and Gary McAllister to be a part of the coaching team. Not sure how it is suppose to play out as Jurgen Klopp is expected to bring his former Dortmund assistant Zeljko Buvac & video analyst Peter Krawietz with himself.
