Former Leeds,Bury, Brentford player Mike Grella smashed the MLS fastest goal record by bagging one for New York Red Bulls after just 7 seconds in the game against Philadelphia Union.

Grella beat out the previous record of eight seconds, also set by a New York Red Bulls player in Tim Cahill, almost exactly two years ago, on Oct. 20, 2013.
