The anticipation for this weekend’s North London derby surely looks set to be setting in even in the British Parliament as Labour Party leader Jeremy Corbyn and Speaker John Bercow were overheard discussing the importance of Sunday’s derby.
At the conclusion of the Parliament session, the chamber’s microphone system picked up a conversation presumably that between Corbyn and Bercow discussing about Sunday match.
Corbyn is well-known for his allegiance to Arsenal, once joking that even the Queen is a Gooner.
Arsenal sits three points ahead of their fierce rivals and are on a superb run of form in the league currently tied with Liverpool and Manchester City on top with 23 points.
