Manchester United’s game against Bournemouth saw yet another poor team performance from Jose Mourinho’s men. Whilst full credit must be given to Bournemouth for holding out as well as they did with 10 men, the truth is that United’s attack looked toothless for most of the game, despite having the advantage of playing with an extra man.
A lot of this falls on Zlatan Ibrahimovic for having an off day. However, the Swede wasn’t the only one who was singled out. On “Monday Night Football”, Jamie Carragher and Frank Lampard both lambasted the performance of Paul Pogba, who was labelled a “£90 million problem” by the Chelsea legend.
However, the criticism didn’t go down to well with United fans on Twitter, who took to the website to let the former midfielder know exactly what they thought of his criticism of their star player.
See some of the tweets sent Lampard’s way below:
Lampard joined Chelsea when he was 23. Same age as Pogba now. Daft comparing him with Lampard when he was 27/28.

At the age of 23:
Career Goals: Pogba 49-39 Lampard
Caps: Pogba 44-4 Lampard
Trophies: Pogba 7-0 Lampard
Sit down Frank you prick

Considering the fact that 47 out of Lampard's 211 goals have been from the penalty spot, he needs to pipe down and stop talking about Pogba.
