(Tweets) Arsenal broke a Premier League rule by not appointing a captain for the 2nd half v City

It seems Arsenal Football Club could not be in more shambles even if they wanted.

News surfaced today that the Gunners might have broken a Premier League after failing to appoint a captain of the side during the second half the 2-2 draw v Man City on Sunday.

The spokesperson for Arsenal could only convey that Theo Walcott acted like the senior figure of the side but even the Englishman was substituted in the 68th minute.

Arsenal came from behind twice to salvage a draw against fellow Champions League contenders Manchester City.
