Antonio Conte replies when asked about an Italian agent’s claim that the Chelsea boss could leave next season

While the appointment of Antonio Conte at Chelsea certainly had fans buzzing, none could have envisaged the impact that the Italian would have on the London club.

Conte has had a terrific start to life in England after overseeing Chelsea stupendous march towards Premier League glory this season. His impressive first season in charge has seen him repeatedly linked with a move away to Italian giants Inter Milan at the end of the season.

Conte though has been quick to dismiss the reports stressing on several occasions that he will be at Chelsea next season. Speaking ahead of his side’s league tie against Bournemouth on Saturday, Conte once again reaffirmed his stance with the Italian questioning the claims of agent Federico Pastorello, who claimed that Conte will move to Milan next season.

Check out the excerpts from the interview below:

I read the interview about Federico Pastorello. I don’t know him and I don’t know why this person has spoken about me.

I think I stay here, I am happy to stay here and this is the most important thing.

I don’t like other people to speak for me. I have two more years on my contract with Chelsea, this is the truth.

But it’s normal to try and involve my name in this situation because I worked in Italy and I think they want me to go back to Italy.
