While Emerson Hyndman certainly doesn’t come across as one of the more popular prospects in football, the American youngster has been steadily making a name for himself at Rangers ever since his loan move to the Scottish club in January.
The Dallas native on loan from Premier League club Bournemouth has been on very impressive form for Rangers having scored four along with a further four assists already after only joining the club in January.
Hyndman put in another impressive performance yet again on Saturday as Rangers brushed aside Patrick Thistle 2-0 in the run up to the Old Firm derby on 23rd April. The 21 year old linked up beautifully with team-mate Jon Toral exhibiting some exquisite footwork and close control to lay off for Toral to score Rangers’ second goal in the 54th minute.
