If one thing has been made clear over the past few months, it’s that team morale and spirit is extremely high at Spurs. It’s almost a cliché but their off-field chemistry is certainly aiding the players on the field. One of the best example of someone who embodies high morale is winger Heung-Min Son.
The attacker took a while to settle in at the side but is now a key part of Mauricio Pochettino’s plans. The fact that he’s such a bundle of energy outside of his football – such as his various secret handshakes – definitely aids his cause as being an essential member of a side that is built on team spirit.
This is evident during Son’s latest tryst with Instagram live. Using the feature to live stream himself and Kevin Wimmer driving home from training, Son spotted Hugo Lloris in his car. As he saw him, he lowered his window and yelled “Hugooooooo” at the Frenchman, creating a rather amusing scene for anyone viewing.
