The Premier League encounter between West Ham United and Everton ended 0-0 and the match was pretty much about as dull as it sounds. The first shot of the game came from the Hammers in the 30th minute; meanwhile, Everton’s first shot of the game came in the 70th minute.

Ronald Koeman’s men have been enduring something of a barren spell away from home, winning only two out of their last thirteen away games. Still, this result was undoubtedly a better one for the Hammers, who are now inching closer to Premier League safety for at least another season.

Even then, the game wouldn’t have been easy for Hammers fans to watch. However, James Collins made sure to go over and thank the fans in a way only he can – by taking off his shirt, climbing into the crowd and then handing it to a lucky fan before posing with them for some photos.
