Regardless of how this season finally ends, Liverpool will need to bolster up their squad with good additions, and recent stories suggest that a new signing has been finalized even before the summer transfer window opens.
After eyeing Brazil’s “new Ronaldinho” for many months now, Liverpool finally seem to be closing in on landing 24-year old Luan Guilherme de Jesus Vieira.
It has been speculated that manager Jurgen Klopp has spent an entire year trying to unite Luan with his Brazilian compatriots Philippe Coutinho, Roberto Firmino and Lucas Leiva at Anfield.
The player, who has just one more season left on his current contract with the Porto Alegre based outfit, refused an offer of renewal last month, and the club will look to cash in on his transfer to Liverpool.
While the actual signing is yet to happen, Liverpool fans would love to thank a local reporter for claiming that an offer of £23 million has already been accepted by Gremio after it reached the club’s president on May 6th.
Grêmio aceitou a proposta do Liverpool de cerca de 23 milhões de libras. Proposta chegou oficial.ente dia 6 de maio na mesa do Presidente.

The journalist adds Liverpool and Leicester were the teams to bid for Luan whereas Crystal Palace and Tottenham received detailed information about the player. Gremio want edto release the players after the 2017 Libertadores, but player and agent wants to go now.
Luan is supposedly an attacking midfielder who plays best in a central role either as 10 or false 9. The 24 year old is extremely mobile and prefers a roaming role.
