Up till now, Arsenal had struggled to fill in the left back position with a solid player for quite a number of years and the issue has persisted since Clichy’s departure to City in 2011.

Arsene has been using Gibbs and Monreal for the position, but injuries and inconsistent performances have largely overshadowed the momentary flashes of brilliance produced by both these players.

This transfer window, the need for a strong left back was realised, and Arsene Wenger delivered by signing Sead Kolasinac after his impressive performances in Bundesliga last season. The ex Schalke man has been touted to be one of the most important players at the Emirates next season, as Arsenal’s quest to win the Premier League continues.

A picture of the Bosnian defender is trending on twitter and the photo has surely made a lot of Gunners exclaim “What a Beast!” as Kolasinac can be seen on the ball with his calf muscles flexed while unintentionally showing off his physique.

The Premier league is famous for being brutally physical and the 6-foot-tall left back’s hefty built, alongside his impressive body structure will be a big advantage to him in winning physical duels and tussles in the League’s often nail biting atmosphere.
