Latest reports suggest that Manchester City midfielder Olivier Ntcham spent the weekend in Glasgow undergoing a medical and will soon be announced as a Celtic player officially, having signed a 4 year deal with the Scottish Premiership champions for a transfer fee in the region of £4.5 million.

The French central midfielder is touted to be a future star because of his dynamic style of play, good vision and physical strength and has got all the ingredients to make the Celtic fans feel very enthusiastic about his imminent arrival. Some have even started comparing him to Veteran center mid Yaya Toure.

The fans have found another reason to feel even more thrilled about Ntcham’s arrival as an old clip of the his during the Manchester City under 19 training days is making the rounds amongst Celtic supporters.

A juicy ball is delivered to Ntcham , who then connects with a thunderous acrobatic scissor kick which sees the back of the net past the helpless keeper who couldn’t even move. The sheer power in the shot was so much that questions cannot really be asked to the goalkeeper.

Celtic fans will hope that Ntcham can recreate such magical moments for them when he joins. Check out the goal below –

  1. For gods sake it’s only a training ground goal, not a cup final winner calm down , if he manages to do it for real in game time well that’s a different thing entirely, that’s if he ever pools on the famous hoops of course!
