Too much greatness in one picture

Spurs official preseason US tour is in full swing and fans were given a glimpse of two legends meeting each other when Ledley King, the former Spurs captain posted a photo of him giving away the Tottenham jersey to none other than Ronaldo.

The Brazilian, who won the World Cup in 2002 is considered one of greatest players of his generation to grace the football pitch. The English defender, who was himself quite a presence in his hay days tweeted his admiration for the number 9.

COYS support was thrilled to see their club legend with the striker, with many waxing lyrical that King would get the better of Ronaldo in one on one. Making any assumptions would be an insult to such servants of the game, who have gone on to revolutionize the style of play on both sides of the field respectively.

Tottenham faithful have been patiently waiting for new arrivals and were quick to point out the prospect of their club, signing the number 9 in his younger days.

Although Harry Kane has been doing a stellar job for the North London club, a front line of him and the former FIFA World Player of the year will surely have the fan’s tongues wagging.

This summer is going to be crucial for Spurs, standing on the brink Premier League glory. However, no addition has been made to the team yet but they have surely gained a fan in Ronaldo.
