Belgian leaves a string of defenders in his wake

Mousa Dembele has been known for bulldozing his way past defenders but in a friendly against PSG, the midfielder twinkle-toed his way past six opposition players before being eventually fouled. Deployed as an attacking midfielder in his younger days, the playmaker rolled back the years as he burst forward between the lines.

Mauricio Pochettino, the current Spurs manager has remarked multiple times in the past that he intends to build his team around the Belgian and with the former Fulham player demonstrating his well rounded skill set, the gaffer is to be surely delighted at the prospect of Dembele pulling the strings from the centre of the park.

The new inhabitants of Wembley are yet to make any signings this summer, but with their players breathing fire in preseason, fans must be appetizing at the prospects.

Tottenham beat PSG in the opening match of the International Champions Cup, giving a glimpse of what can be expected of them in the coming campaign.
