Spaghetti love for Wanyama

Victor Wanyama has gone on to be an integral part of the Tottenham machinery since arriving from Southampton. However, his tweet regarding his likeness for spaghetti has generated quite a stir online and one Spurs fan went one step further by getting the Kenyan’s autograph on a pack of spaghetti.

Although the tweet dates back to his time with the Saints, the sheer trolling involved in the process has got the COYS support involved, so much so that they have created a chant to go on with it. A crunching tackle or a goal by the former Saints player is usually followed by the spaghetti chant from the White Hart Lane faithful who seem to like their midfielder as much he likes the snack.

The defensive giant who made his name at Celtic, probably was just making an innocent confession about his admiration for the food, but social media it seems has blown the matter into enormous proportions. Years from now, Wanyama might or might not go down as a Spurs legend but will surely be always remembered for the spaghetti tweet.
