Marcus Rashford is a role model for every teenager who wishes to perform on the big stage someday.
Only 19 years old, Rashford has not only managed to pull off the formidable feat of playing in the UEFA Super cup and compete against the maestros of the game; but he also absolutely schooled one of the best right backs in the world at the moment.
The young forward will only have to be satisfied with the runners up medal, as United lost 2-1 to Madrid in the match, but he would be mighty proud of his swift moves that left Dani Carvajal eating dust.
Rashford received the ball out wide on the left plank and decided to take on Carvajal with his trademark mazy run. He managed to beat him comprehensively near the edge of the box but ran out of support and eventually lost the ball to Casemiro.
If Rashford could have somehow beaten Casemiro and put the ball in the back of the net, this would’ve surely been a contender for the Puskas Award.
This only goes on to show how big the youngster may turn out to be in the future, and the fans will hope that he lives up to the hype. Check out the clip below –
