(Video) Emre Can pulled off a “touch of the season” contender during Liverpool’s season opener v Watford

2 points dropped as Liverpool could only manage a 3-3 draw against Watford at Vicarage Road in the season opener earlier today. A thrilling goal-fest that saw the home side score a last-minute goal, after Liverpool themselves had come back twice from behind.

Making the game even more entertaining were several instances when players displayed brilliance at individual levels, one of which included Liverpool’s Emre Can exhibiting sensational ball control during a counter-attack.

The German midfielder enthralled fans with not one, or two, but three touches to a ridiculously high aerial shot that ended up falling right at his feet.

Can has recently found himself in the middle of rumours surrounding his apparent move to Juventus this summer, but with instances like these, Liverpool fans can only hope that he remains tied down at Anfield with a fresh contract soon.
