Leeds United’s win over Burnley can be credited to overall camaraderie shown by the whole team, but it would only be fair to make special mentions for Mateusz Klich for his individual performance as well.

The Polish midfielder, who signed for the Peacocks this summer, is living up to expectations after putting up an impressive performance in the League Cup fixture.

Klich was superb throughout the match, controlling the game in the middle of the park and showed nerves of steel while taking his penalty.

The 27-year old calmly caressed the ball with his side-foot as Burnley’s keeper looked on helplessly. Watch Klich hit one of the smoothest penalties ever –
