No letting up from the Australian
Celtic smashed St. Johnstone 4-0 in a comprehensive victory to stay on top of the Scottish Premiership. Once again the Hoops were head and shoulders above their opponents, creating chances at will throughout the match.
The highlight of their dominance came at the deep end of normal time as Tom Rogic found himself pinned under pressure by his marker, facing his own goal.
The Australian demonstrated immense composure to execute a slick pull back, wrong-footing Paul Paton in the process. The attacking midfielder stormed through the midfield, unopposed before squaring the ball which eventually led to Celtic’s fourth of the day.
The audacity required to attempt such an intricate piece of skill in his own third of the pitch shows why the Australian is so highly regarded at Celtic Park.
