An excited Yannick Bolasie took to Twitter to express his eagerness to return to action amidst reports that the Congolese international could make his much awaited return against Swansea on Tuesday.
The Everton winger posted a photo of himself with his feet up donning football boots indoors with a seemingly innocent bookshelf in the background.
But eagle eyed fans were quick to notice the contents of the shelf and took to Twitter to troll the crocked star for his choice of reading material.
The former Eagles star was ridiculed all over social media by Reds fans for keeping a copy of Kop hero Steven Gerard’s biography in his shelf despite his allegiance to the blue side of Merseyside.
The incident with the winger comes almost a year after former Everton manager Ronald Koeman was ridiculed last year for choosing to use a Christmas tree having a darker shade of red than many supporters liking.
