Liverpool gave the fans a perfect Boxing Day gift after the 5-0 hammering of Swansea City last night. The Reds were sublime in the second half, adding four goals to the 6th minute strike by Philippe Coutinho.
Coutinho, who scored his first goal for Liverpool against the same opponents back in 2013, came full circle when he curled the ball into the top right-hand corner of the net, giving the Reds an early lead.
The midfielder was devastating in his 200th appearance for the club and he displayed his skill in the 73rd minute when he produced a phenomenal nutmeg.
The Brazilian was just outside the box when he popped the ball right through Wayne Routledge’s legs leaving him flabbergasted and the fans ecstatic.
