(Image) Andrea Radrizzani forced to respond after Leeds fans question the owner about transfers on Twitter

As good of a medium it is, internet and social media can be major headache for people in powerful positions, especially in the world of football.

Andrea Radrizzani, who has been nothing short of brilliant for Leeds United since his takeover, came at the end of some stick from fans on Twitter because of the inactivity in the transfer window.

The Whites have completed the signing of Aapo Halme, Yosuke Ideguchi and Laurens De Bock in the ongoing transfer window. Out of the 3, only De Bock would help Thomas Christiansen’s side as the  19-year-old Finnish centre-back will be plying his trade with the U23s and the Japanese has been loaned out to Spanish outfit Cultural Leonesa until the end of the season.

The fans do have a point as the team needs strengthening now but directing abuse at the Italians Twitter handle is perhaps a bit too much and it has now forced the owner to make a statement on Twitter with his plans for the club.

Classy from Radz as always, check out the tweet below –
