2018 has certainly started with a bang with the January transfer window already seeing Philippe Coutinho finally get his transfer to Barcelona and Alexis Sanchez following Robin van Persie in making the controversial switch from North London to Manchester.

Sanchez’s move has particularly grabbed the headlines in England with Ed Woodward brokering a blockbuster swap deal with the Gunners to provide Jose with some much needed firepower in his quest to stop City’s march.

Given Sanchez’s huge popularity in South America sponsors Adidas are leaving no stones unturned in their marketing campaign to showcase the newest Red Devil.

A newspaper article in the Sanchez’ native Chile gives insight into the major PR campaigns planned by the sports moguls and even features instructions on how to get the famous number 7 jersey given to the former Barca man.
