Celtic fans were left with mixed feelings after witnessing another superb display from Tom Rogic as the Australian netted in yet another Old Firm derby, helping the Hoops clinch a seventh successive Scottish Premier League title at Celtic Park.
Rogic is about to enter the final year of his Celtic contract and, if fit, is likely to be a key member of the Australian World Cup squad for the finals in Russia but has already turned down initial approaches from the Hoops.
While Brendan Rodgers stated that he was relaxed about the situation following the match, Rogic gave supporters another glimpse of his endearing brilliance during the 5-0 drubbing of Rangers, adding to his impressive goal tally against the Gers.
A particular bit of skill especially delighted the home supporters as the 25-year-old effortlessly executed a brilliant turn to get away from a host of incoming Rangers defenders before thrusting the ball forward to kickstart a Hoops attack.
