Liverpool beat AS Roma 7-6 on aggregate to enter the Champions League final and keep their dream of a sixth European title alive.

The Reds have had a fairy tale season in the Champions League so far and one key man who has earned a lot of plaudits other than the attacking trio of Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane and Roberto Firmino is their left-back Andrew Robertson.

The Scotsman got relegated from the Premier League with Hull City last season but has successfully managed to turn a corner round by playing a pivotal role in Liverpool reaching their 8th European Cup final.

After the second leg against Roma, a tweet by the 24-year-old from 6 years ago has gone viral amongst the Liverpool fanbase.

The tweet proves the massive strides the defender has made in his career – from being a Scottish third division player failing to make ends meet to potentially becoming a Champions League winner come the 26th of May.
