It was a dream debut for Brazilian forward Richarlison as he scored twice to help 10-man Everton get away with a 2-2 draw in their opening match against Wolves at Molineux.
The Everton new boy was the only new face to start for the Toffees and he took just 17 minutes to get off the mark with a close-range finish. His second was a mixture of deft touch, immaculate precision and a touch of nonchalance, as he curled a low shot into the bottom corner to give Everton back the lead.
Adding to his brilliance on the pitch, the 21-year-old made a thoughtful gesture when he gifted his kit to a young fan after the match, bringing the overwhelmed girl to tears.
It was a wonderful moment and a sign that Richarlison could well be on his way to becoming a fan-favorite at Goodison Park this season.
