It was an emotional moment for Arsenal fans when the Gunners’ longest serving and most successful manager Arsene Wenger bid adieu to the club at the end of last season.

The 68-year-old won 3 Premier League titles and 7 FA Cups during his 22-year tenure and is widely credited for transforming the London club into title contenders with his vision of how the game should be played.

In the farewell speech after his last game in charge at Emirates, Wenger claimed he’ll always be an Arsenal fan to a crowd of 60,000 fans sporting red t-shirts emblazoned with “Merci Arsene”.
