(Video) Reverse angle shows the filthy technique behind Trent Alexander-Arnold’s insane pass during Liverpool v Brighton

Liverpool have a genuine gem in their hands in Trent Alexander-Arnold with the 19-year-old widely regarded as one of the most promising full-backs in the country after exploding onto the scene under Jurgen Klopp last year.

Despite having very little experience at the senior international level, his club form proved too much for Gareth Southgate to overlook, naming the youngster in his 23-man squad for Russia.

The youngster has picked up from where he left last season since returning from the World Cup and was at his typical best again on Saturday against Brighton, constantly threatening the opposition with his marauding runs and decisive passing.

One moment that especially stood out was when Arnold pulled off a crazy volleyed pass to find Mo Salah, with reverse angle replays showing the filthy technique used by the teenager to nail the long diagonal pass.
