News of Everton agreeing a 200-year lease with Peel Holdings for a site at Bramley-Moore Dock to build their new football ground had fans all excited about shifting to their new home on the waterfront.

The visual images of the proposed stadium shared by architect Dan Meis also got a generally positive fan reaction as it was suggested that the ‘bear pit’ effect (with fans right on top of the action) of their iconic Goodison Park fortress will be magnified in the new stadium, while seating capacity was also expected to increase to above 50,000.

Although there’s been no word on the actual starting date of the ambitious project since then, curious Everton fans would be pleased to see a glimpse of the proposed new first team dressing room at Bramley-Moore; which looks comparatively more spacious than the current one in the Main Stand at Goodison Park and also consists of a brilliant looking Everton badge on the ceiling.
