Unai Emery already seems to have won the Arsenal fans despite what was a difficult start to the season. Since his arrival in the summer, Emery seems to have shored up the Arsenal defence by getting the team to defend from the front with a high-press.

Arsenal continued their impressive recent form last night as they dismissed Azerbaijani club Qarabag 3-0 away from home in the Europa League. After the final whistle, the Spaniard did something that will endear him to the Arsenal fans even more as he walked over to the pitch and instructed his players to thank the travelling supporters.

Arsenal fans traveled in fairly large numbers to Azerbaijan to back their team yesterday and made their voices heard throughout the ninety minutes. So the Arsenal manager rightly felt that a thank you from the players was the least that the fans who traveled across Europe, deserved.

Check out the pictures of Emery demanding his players to thank the travelling Arsenal contingent:

If the Gooners can maintain their recent run of form, the Spanish coach is surely on his way to becoming an extremely popular figure among Arsenal fans.
