Tottenham fans have reason to guffaw after getting the better of their North London rivals Arsenal, not on the pitch but at one of the most unlikely places on the internet.



While reading about the difference between the spelling of the word ‘defence’ as used in British English and American English (which replaces ‘c’ in the word with ‘s’) on spellcheckonline.com, an example about the same stands out as it mentions both the clubs.

Really odd place to strike but that wouldn’t stop Spurs fans from enjoying it. Check out the sentence that hypes up Tottenham at the expense of the Gunners:
