To say Chelsea vs Tottenham has been eventful in recent years will be a massive understatement with the fixture having seen it all, from all-out brawls between players to some stunning goals and has rarely failed to live up to the billing in recent memory.
One player who has definitely been in the thick of it is Brazilian winger Willian, who has put in some wonderful derby performances since arriving on English shores and scored a cracking free kick during Chelsea’s FA cup victory over the Lilywhites in 2017.
While he might not be getting much love from the Stamford Bridge faithful at the moment, the Brazilian definitely scored some major points with the Blues supporters during the 2016 edition of the derby.
Even as his side were trailing, Willian still managed to pull of a cheeky dig at their rivals when he reminded Spurs fans about their lack of silverware by cheekily pointing out the golden champions badge on his sleeves after receiving some stick from them for his clash with Danny Rose.
Chelsea fans will definitely love to see more of this on Saturday! Check out the incident below :

While the Brazilian was rumoured to have been extremely close to joining Tottenham before arriving at Stamford bridge in 2013, his gestures clearly seem to suggest that he doesn’t hold the club in high regard and this throwback video should definitely get both sets of fans pumped up for the derby on Saturday.
