Celtic edged past Rosenborg in a Europa League group fixture last night to leave their fans—who had travelled all the way to Norway in order to root for their team—quite elated.
The only goal of the night came when Scott Sinclair headed in from a brilliant James Forrest cross late in the first half, which was enough to hand the Hoops their first away win in the competition since 2009-10.
The aftermath of the important victory, which means the Glasgow giants now only need a draw against Red Bull Salzburg to qualify for the knockout stages, saw the away fans share a lovely moment with Brendan Rodgers’ men.
In a one-minute clip that’s been shared on Twitter, the joyous supporters can be seen celebrating and singing together as the players on the pitch too go on to brilliantly express their appreciation for the amazing support.
