While Celtic ace Scott Sinclair’s social media post slamming the Aberdeen fan who racially abused him during the Scottish League Cup recently has attracted a lot of supportive comments, teammate Nir Bitton’s interesting reply might be something Hoops fans would like to have a look at.

The incident that is being widely condemned by the football community occurred when Sinclair was about to take a penalty- which he eventually missed- during the Glasgow giant’s 1-0 victory at Hampden Park.

Responding to the racial slur on Instagram, the 29 year-old blasted the fan, calling him ignorant and uneducated.

Along with numerous positive replies, the post also prompted Bitton- who’s gearing up for a return to action after suffering a knee injury-to chip in with a supportive message of his own, which unfortunately turned out to be a little offensive.
