Spurs qualified for the last 16 of the Champions League yesterday with a 1-1 draw against Barcelona at the Camp Nou.
The home team got off to a brilliant start as Ousmane Dembele went on a 60-yard run that resulted in an insane opener in the 7th minute.
Spurs responded brilliantly in the second half and Lucas Moura came off the bench to score a late equalizer and snatch a crucial point for Pochettino’s men.
Even though seeing their team get a point against one of the most formidable teams in the world and progress to the next stage of the Champions League would have surely delighted the travelling fans, they were also involved in a pretty unfortunate incident at the Camp Nou.
It seems that the stewards in charge of yesterday’s fixture had an clash with the Spurs fans and even proceeded to physically assault them.
One of the fans present during the night has posted a video of the incident on Twitter as proof of the ugly incident.
