A manager’s job is never easy.

The men in the dugout not only need to ensure that they do their job well but will also be subject to scrutiny if their players drop standards.

With the intense scheduling of professional football these days, international breaks come as a blessing in disguise for most coaches.

While they can’t take a break from football altogether over the weekend, club managers are usually spotted relaxing with family or friends during the short time-off.

But one man who can’t seem to take a break from his job is Arsenal head coach Unai Emery, who was spotted working by fans even during his time-off.

The former PSG manager has been subject to a lot of scrutiny, especially from retired Arsenal players, for not having complete control over the club and not making enough changes from the Arsene Wenger regime.

Unai Emery - Arsenal manager

Coupled with a less than spectacular start to the campaign, the spotlight has been firmly on the Spaniard who was backed by the board to take the Gunners back to the glory days after Wenger’s retirement.

While there is still time to turn things around, Emery is certainly not wasting any time to improve his side’s performances and was spotted working on his personal laptop even while was supposedly on a mini vacation away from London.

The dedication from their gaffer seems to have made a good impression on some of the Arsenal fans who stumbled upon the post on Twitter with many feeling that the players are equally to be blamed for Arsenal’s current situation as much as Emery.
