Mesut Ozil officially joined Football Twitter as Arsenal took on Rapid Wien to kickstart their Europa League campaign on Thursday.
Not sure what amount of money is being paid to troll on Twitter these days, but at £350k-a-week, Ozil has got to be the highest paid personality tweeting for the sake of lulz.
The playmaker was left out of Arsenal’s 25-man Premier League squad for 20/21 season by Mikel Arteta recently.

But then, quite gloriously, decided to troll former teammate Petr Cech (who, unlike Ozil, was named in the Chelsea Premier League squad) and Rapid Wien goalkeeper Richard Strebinger.
Just like Cech, the Rapid Wien goalkeeper takes the field with a protective helmet, resulting in this absolute gold from Ozil –
