Unreal Diogo Jota skill we all might have missed during Atalanta thrashing

The moment took place just before Jota scored Liverpool’s 5th goal on the night and completed his hat-trick.

Liverpool dismantled last season’s quarter-finalists Atalanta in a statement-making win in the Champions League on Tuesday.

The Reds won 5-0 as Diogo Jota completed a devastating hat-trick.

The Portuguese, starting his 5th game, became the third player to score an away hat-trick for the Merseyside club.

A sensational performance from the former Wolves man but it was his 3rd goal which has now caught the eye because of something Jota did in the buildup.

An alternate angle doing the rounds among Liverpool fans today shows that Jota had actually knocked the ball it into the ground and up over keeper’s leg before slotting the ball inside the net.

Absolutely outrageous bit of skill, check it out below –

It look like the new Liverpool boy wasn’t kidding when he admitted that he uses the football simulation game FIFA to make himself a better player in real-life.
