“Paul Pogba playing like that gives Ole Gunnar Solskjaer a real headache moving forward, and a good one” – claimed Danny Murphy as the BBC pundit highlighted Paul Pogba’s performance on the Match Of The Day programme after Manchester United’s comeback win against West Ham United.
A 38th minute goal from Tomas Soucek put David Moyes’ side ahead but Manchester United came back to win the game 3-1 at the London Stadium with second half goals from Paul Pogba, Marcus Rashford and Mason Greenwood.
The 27-year-old bagged an absolute stunner from 35 yards out and was heavily praised for his overall display by Danny Murphy on MOTD.
As good as the goal was, many fans (including MUFC faithful) thought the BBC pundit’s analysis of Pogba was away over the top on the show.

Twitter called out the former Liverpool midfielder to ‘at least watch the full game’ as he waxed lyrical about the Frenchman.

Murphy’s analysis might have been a tad excessive but Pogba did come to life after the arrival of Bruno Fernandes in place of Donny van de Beek in the second half.
Pogba has received a lot of stick from United faithful in the past 4 years and perhaps rightly so as his performances have definitely not been as good as the fans would have hoped from a player of his calibre.
Manchester United fans can only hope for Pogba to use this momentum to build so that the club can have a truly world class midfield with quality and depth.
