Three minutes is all it took for Erling Braut Haaland to show just how good he has become in this football malarkey at just 20 years of age.
The Nordic beast showed unreal movement and a sublime first touch as he tracked a long-range pass from Emre Can to perfection and slotted it past Timo Horn in the Koln goal.
Perhaps keeping pace with the other ‘generational talent’ that keeps getting compared with him, Haaland took just 3 minutes to make a difference just as Kylian Mbappe scored in 3 minutes after coming on against Nantes on Wednesday.
Definitely the most in-demand striker in the world at the moment, Haaland has started to attract interest from some of the biggest clubs in football like Manchester City, Manchester United and Real Madrid, all three have reported registering their interest in acquiring the services of the Norwegian (Daily Mail).
Though, among all the Haaland frenzy, let’s not forget the audacious lofted pass from former Liverpool midfielder Emre Can here to pick out the big man at the front. Check out the reactions on Twitter below –
