Liverpool players were hard at training in Melwood before their clash against Huddersfield Town on Saturday and main man Daniel Sturridge tried to rifle in a goal very similar to the one he struck during the 1-1 draw against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge few days ago.
Flawless execution again from the Englishman but the result wasn’t the same as the ball hit the crossbar.
With Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane still being assessed after suffering injuries during international break, there is good chance Sturridge might get a rare start when Liverpool take on Huddersfield this weekend.

Tottenham Hotspur hotshot Harry Kane gave one of his best performances in England shirt as the forward made the Spanish defensive duo of Sergio Ramos and Nacho Fernandez look like amateurs at times.

Things got seriously ugly as the players and the staff walked out towards the dressing room after Man United’s goalless draw against Valencia in the Champions League group stage game at Old Trafford.
Footage has now appeared of a bunch home supporters screaming vile abuse at the players as well as Jose Mourinho after the full time whistle on Tuesday night.
One could imagine the plight of the fans with the team going through all sorts of troubles at the moment but this behaviour seems out of order. Fan opinion & criticism should always be welcomed but abuse really is a step too far.
