Erling Braut Haaland scored two goals, but Giovanni Reyna grabbed the headlines for his venomous strike that started the comeback for Borussia Dortmund.

A 14th-minute goal from Milot Rashica had given Werder Bremen the perfect start at Signal Iduna Park but the joy only lasted for 15 minutes as Dortmund turned the game on its head with 3 goals in 9 minutes in the first half.

Mats Hummels added a late 4th goal to put the matter truly to bed.

Borussia Dortmund are now 5th in the Bundesliga points table with 49 points and will be backing themselves to sneak in the top 4 positions with Haaland back in goalscoring form.

The Norwegian has been surprisingly firing blanks for club and country lately but managed to overcome his drought with a brace against Werder Bremen.

Though it is safe to say that it was the American Gio Reyna who bagged the goal of the match as he struck an absolute rocket which resulted in the sweetest of sounds when the ball crashed the back of the net –
