The Internet Is Losing It Over How Much Justin Bieber Resembles Karim Benzema Now

Body Talk, Karim Benzema

Karim Benzema might have won just one Ballon d’Or despite several seasons of world-class performances during his tenure at Real Madrid. The center forward is famous for his role in Madrid’s BBC trifecta, alongside Gareth Bale and Cristiano Ronaldo, where he was the target man who made his two legendary partners tick, creating plays by attracting defenders and adding to the scoresheet in clutch moments.

However, maybe it’s time we saw Benzema win a Grammy or two? No, we aren’t reporting any news of the Al-Ittihad striker releasing any mixtapes or EPs, at least not anytime soon. But Justin Bieber’s latest selfie might just win Benzema a music video appearance.

Bieber, who recently dropped SWAG 2, his surprise follow-up to SWAG, has been all the rage this summer. The Canadian superstar’s chartbusting album had the hit viral singles, DAISIES and YUKON, which received tremendous radio play. However, the most unique aspect of the pop star’s new appeal was his sudden, extensive use of the social media app, Instagram. Bieber is one of the highest followed celebrities in the world, and probably the biggest pop star of his generation, with 294 million fans who stay glued to their screen for every new update. The popstar’s new aesthetic, where he changed his username to @lilbieber from @justinbieber, focuses on a snazzy image makeover, as he looks more like an emo rapper in the veins of the late Lil Pump or artists like Lil Yachty, than a popstar with global appeal, separating himself and his artistic outlook from the Taylor Swifts and Katy Perrys of the world.

But how does Justin Bieber have any connection to football / soccer fans? Well, the answer is quiet simple. His buzz cut and gruff goatee are funnily similar to Karim Benzema’s, and the internet is running wild with memes on Bieber’s new look.

The popstar looks so different from his earlier eras that now he is almost unrecognizable, and has more chances of being confused with Benzema than looking like the husband of Hailey Bieber and ex of Selena Gomez.

How are we so sure that Bieber isn’t Benzema in disguise? Maybe football isn’t the only thing Karim Benzema is good at, and he has been creating bubbly pop music since a decade, in a Hollywood disguise? A huge mystery indeed.

Karim Benze-sorry, Justin Bieber’s SWAG 2 is hot off the oven and is already breaking Spotify records. We hope a music video featuring Benzema comes up, then our doubtful minds will finally be put to rest.

Karim Benzema’s high fade buzz cut and well-maintained beard have often been such a staple to his look, so much so that it’s infinitely hard to imagine him looking any other way.

The sharp buzz cut with neatly maintained beard has become a primordial aspect of Benzema’s appearance. His facial hair and neat fashion sense have also earned him the respect of football fashion followers. Benzema’s masculine, gruff look is probably the vibe that Bieber wanted to emanate when he changed his entire appearance.
