Forget The Viral AI Photos, Turns Out Casemiro Is Totally Ripped

2026 FIFA World Cup, Body Talk, Brazil National Football Team, Casemiro, Manchester United

Casemiro’s physique has been a always been a topic of conversation among fans.

From 2013-22 during his stint at Real Madrid, Casemiro was never looked as someone with a big build but rather as someone with an enforcer body type who can win aerial duels and defend using his body whenever needed.

However, it was his time at Manchester United that drew criticism.

Casemiro’s sluggish performance after joining the Red Devils put his heavier physique into spotlight. Fans loathed his defensive and ball playing abilities, leading to speculations about Casemiro now being washed and how his best playing years were behind him.

Though the Brazilian shed all such doubts over his abilities as Man United finished 3rd in the 25/26 campaign.

But still, coming into the World Cup, a lot of morphed images were spread online which showed Casemiro in a funny fat look, trolling him for his physique. With the advent of AI, fat Casemiro pics were too easy to make.

Yet, Casemiro proved every person who questioned him wrong with his spectacular World Cup performance (before the game against Norway) and a surprise physique reveal on his wife’s Instagram.

Casemiro’s wife Anna Mariana posted on Instagram a series of photos after Brazil’s 3-0 win over Haiti on June 20th which included Casemiro’s surprising physique reveal that left fans stunned.

The post showed Casemiro absolutely ripped with carved abs and toned upper body on display. His pose displayed confidence which he carried in his games as well.

While casemiro has largely stayed away from participating in verbal banter against trolls, he did address pundit and ex player Jamie Carragher who said Casemiro’s legs are gone and should retire from top level football.

Casemiro responded by saying “Everyone says whatever they want on television. I’m not someone who gets involved in that. But it’s a bit normal, because I won two Champions League titles over his team. Maybe after you win two titles against his club, there’s still some bitterness there.”

Rather than being deeply offended by comments about eating, Casemiro has occasionally leaned into the joke to describe his own relentless intensity on the pitch. In one of his most famous quotes regarding his appetite for the game, he said:

“I don’t care if it’s the second or 90th minute, I always go for the ball like I am going for a plate of food.”

Ultimately, Casemiro’s approach to trolls and body critics is straightforward: ignore the noise, prove them wrong physically when necessary, and remind the harshest critics of the trophies he has won.
