The second batch of FC points has been sent for Ultimate Edition, they were supposed to be released on the 19th of each month maybe an error from EA who seem to be having a lot of bugs this year. Here are some ways you can use your FC points for the best returns.

FUT Draft
The cost for each entry sits at 300 FC points. This is a great option if you are a skilled player and can adapt to newer players and play different formations. For competitive players (Division 4 and higher in Rivals), consistently winning 3 or 4 games in the Draft can yield packs significantly better than anything you could buy directly from the store for 300 FC Points. You stand a chance to earn Mega Packs, Rare Player Packs. Better packs mean a higher chance of packing a valuable, tradeable player, which can instantly propel your coin balance. However this option only works if you have the skill and ability as this is a very competitive mode and it follows the elimination method.
Packs
While the likelihood of pulling a game breaking player is low, opening tradeable packs guarantees you assets that can be sold for coins. Early in the game cycle, even mid rated players sell for inflated prices due to high demand for SBC fodder. Your primary goal is to turn FC Points into an early coin advantage. A strong coin total allows you to trade, invest in meta players, and complete high value SBCs, which is often a more reliable path to building a top team than relying on pack luck. The packs to target right now would be the 1500 FC Points 81*20 Into the Depths Player Pack and the 500 FC Points For You Pack.
Premium Pass
Save your points to unlock the Premium track for future Season Passes that cost 1000 FC Points (after the first free one, which is typically included with the Ultimate Edition). The Premium Season Pass offers the most reliable, long term reward structure. It often includes a significant amount of packs, unique player cards, and currency that far exceeds the face value of the 1,000 FC Points. This option is ideal for players who commit to grinding the game throughout the year. If you complete the pass’s objectives, the cumulative rewards will put you significantly ahead over multiple seasons. However this is only recommended for players that grind the game as getting SP is tough for casual players and the better rewards are only available at the latter stages.
In my opinion opening the two packs is currently the best option as the rewards are instant and make your team much better allowing you to progress faster and unlock more packs using objectives. The SBC fodder you will receive from the pack is also very helpful at this stage when the number of players we have in our clubs is very less.
