You will need a team that contains minimum 1 Argentine player in the Argentine Primera División and 3 players from Serie A here any nationality will work.
Apart from these 4 players, you can add any player to your team. Now given the challenges it is recommended to keep the Serie A and Argentine player in attack as the challenges revolve around scoring.
Play these matches on Squad Battles Semi Pro difficulty to bang them out quickly.
The challenges are Win 8 matches in Squad battles for which you will get a 3x 80+ Rare Gold players pack.
Score 6 finesse shots with a Serie A player for which you will get a 2x 80+ Rare Gold players pack remember to assist those goals using your Argentine player to get a 2x 78+ Rare Gold Players Pack.
Score 12 goals with an Argentine player for which you will get a 2x 80+ Rare Gold Players Pack.
Lastly win 4 matches in Rivals/Live Events/ Champs to get a 2x 81+ Rare Gold Players Pack.
This will unlock both Paredes and Soule for your team, should you want to get more XP for your SP, while playing squad battles score 5 headers and 10 power shots and for the headers make sure all 5 are crosses to finish off the objectives.
