Possible Trippier replacement excites Spurs fans with new stadium praise

Possible Trippier replacement excites Spurs fans with new stadium praise

Over the last couple of seasons, we have seen the emergence of some top class young English talents. Trent Alexander-Arnold and Jadon Sancho are the perfect examples of this.

Alexander-Arnold broke into the Liverpool first team last season and has been irreplaceable for the Reds in their chase for the Premier League and the Champions League title this season.

While Sancho on the other hand, has proven that his gamble of leaving Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City for Borussia Dortmund has paid off, with the winger shining up the Signal Iduna Park.

Another English talet that has emerged this season but has not gained as much attention as the aforementioned two is Crystal Palace right back Aaron Wan-Bissaka.

The 21-year old has been a revelation for Crystal Palace this season and has been one of their most consistent players.

He was also nominated for the PFA Young Player of the Year award held recently. Needless to say, it would be hard for Palace to keep such a talented player with a host of top European clubs showing interest in the youngster.

And if the Wan-Bissaka’s social media activity is anything to go by, he may already have found a club.

He recently put out an Instagram story stating that the new Tottenham stadium was the best stadium he has played in-

The addition of Wan-Bissaka would be a smart move from Tottenham as Mauricio Pochettino has helped many young players find their feet at Tottenham, and has then turned them into world class players. Dele Alli being the perfect example of it.

Thus, Tottenham might just be the perfect place for a player like Wan-Bissaka and his development. Also, with Kieran Trippier having been inconsistent for large periods of the season, he may just be a perfect replacement.
