Thomas Tuchel was in utter disbelief down in the technical area after Timo Werner fluffed his chance from point-blank range against West Ham.
Werner had managed to shut down his critics with a first-half goal against Chelsea’s top 4 rivals at the London Stadium but the German was back to his old wasteful self as he failed to capitalise on a failed clearance from Lukasz Fabianski.
Thankfully for the former RB Leipzig star, his miss didn’t have any adverse impact on the scoreline as Chelsea won the game 1-0.
