EA FC (previously FIFA) is arguably the most popular franchise of sports games. Each year, millions of fans wait for the latest instalment to hit the market so that they can spend hours playing their favorite football game.

For avid gamers, the excitement and anticipation as the release date approaches is as exciting as the gameplay itself. Which is why it is common for gamers to pre-order the game.

Just like any other instalment of EA FC/FIFA, fans got to order EA FC 26, and those who purchased the Ultimate Edition got to play it early.

However, those players noticed something missing. They did not receive their FIFA points for Ultimate Edition FC 26. Many gamers are worried whether they got scammed or if it is a technical issue.

The new game is already facing various bugs and issues, including the latest FC 26 clubs not working bug. The last thing fans want is further frustration from not receiving their FIFA points.

If you purchased the Ultimate Edition and are looking to find out where those FIFA points are, this guide will be of great help to you.

To get FC 26 points, you don’t actually have to do a lot. You just need to follow two prerequisites –

  1. Play the game
  2. Show a bit of patience

In the EA FC 26 launch update post, it has been stated that while the Ultimate Edition players will be receiving 6,000 FC 26 points, they will be receiving the points in three instalments. This means you will have to wait till November to receive all the points.

The first login will give you 2,000 points. For instance, if you start playing the game on September 19th, you will receive 2,000 points on the same day. Then your next 2,000 points will arrive on October 19th.  Lastly, your final 2,000 points will arrive on November 19th.

If your FC 26 points are still missing, you will need to contact EA FC support and raise a ticket. Here are the things you’ll need to provide –

  • The invoice or proof of purchase
  • Your console or whichever platform you play on (EA App, Steam, Epic Games, PlayStation, etc.)
  • Your persona name/ID/gamer tag on the platform on which you’re missing the points
  • The date and time when you pre-ordered the game
  • The number of points you’re missing
  • The other details about the issue

Once you have provided the information, the EA FC support will get in touch with you and help you resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
